Our wines are quality wines made in limited quantity each year.

Making quality, boutique wines begins in the vineyard with careful management of the vines to ensure low yield, enhancing Cabernet Franc characteristics in the grapes and canopy management to provide ideal ripening conditions.

Quality is maintained through hand harvesting and further grape selection in the winery before cold maceration and ageing in oak to integrate tannins and develop smooth, complex wines.

 

Our Cada Nube Cabernet Franc is 100% Cabernet Franc, with all grapes hand-harvested from our own vineyard. Whether served on a winter's evening or even slightly chilled in summer, it displays delicious red fruit flavours with light, smooth tannins.

We also make a blend, Corte C. This blend is super inviting, approachable and at the same time, complex.
